Returns

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. All returns must meet the following conditions to be eligible for a refund:

• The item must be in new, unused condition.

• The return must be initiated within 14 days of the delivery date.

Exchanges

Please note that exchanges are not accepted at this time. If you require a different item, we recommend returning the original item (if eligible) and placing a new order separately.

Return Method & Fees

• Method: Returns must be sent by mail.

• Return Label: Customers are responsible for obtaining and covering the cost of the return shipping label.

• Restocking Fee: A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
